VVS supports each individual student to strive towards their individual goals. Whether continuing a career in Theatre and Performance, or equally, if they wish to enhance their UCAS application or CV with details of their extra curricular experiences and skills.  Others may wish to just come along and learn a new skill or re-visit their love of singing as a hobby. It provides support and encouragement and improves general well-being.  Singing is a psychosocial activity shown to improve social support, increase positive emotions, and reduce fatigue or stress. It reduces anxiety, depression and enhances general well-being, benefitting both children and adults.

We believe LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts) Awarding Body examinations demonstrate students have met rigorous assessment criteria in a particular discipline but also that they have grown as individuals through participating in a worth while activity that is respected as a global standard.

We provide extra curricular activity for younger, older children and adults, nurturing their natural abilities.  These critical skills will enhance their self-confidence to engage and contribute fully, whether at school, in further education, in work, or in the community, to their full potential.
